Why Access4 for UCaaS?
Like many Managed Service Providers, the increasing demand for Unified Comms solutions like Microsoft Teams, has brought a necessary change to the traditional Managed Service business model. Visits saw this opportunity several years ago and decided to slowly include more Voice and UCaaS related projects into their service offering.
Luke Johnson, Product Manager at VISITS, explained that they were looking for a partner that could help them to get to market quickly, and to increase their technical knowledge so they could start winning more UCaaS opportunities. They recognised the need for Unified Comms and wanted to find a way to bake this into their business even though it wasn’t part of their traditional market approach.
We collaborated with VISITS to launch their Microsoft Teams Calling solution and they began bringing us into their pre-sales opportunities early. With this strategy, we were able to win an increasingly large number of deals together, which is what we’re most passionate about at Access4 – winning together.

What are the benefits of selling-with a UCaaS provider like Access4?
So, all of this is good and well but what real tangible benefits did VISITS achieve from deploying the SASBOSS™ platform and partnering with us at Access4? We’ve outlined some of the main benefits achieved below.
Simplified provisioning & support
VISITS initially built their own Microsoft Teams Voice offering, and deployed and managed it themselves, but they ran into stability issues and lacked the expanded feature sets required to provision UCaaS solutions, especially for more complex organisations.
This led them to find a replacement solution and platform, and to reach out for assistance. We helped to enable their team very quickly and helped them migrate their existing customers’ solutions onto the Access4 SASBOSS™ platform. This made provisioning incredibly easy and gave VISITS access to all levels of support.
Luke shared some advice for other MSP’s during the interview,
“UCaaS is still quite new for a lot of MSP’s that have never focused on Voice before. I would strongly advise other MSPs to look at Access4, they have an extensive platform capability particularly when it comes to interoperability and a brilliant contact center functionality.”

Luke Johnson also shared,

Unlocked net new recurring revenue
VISITS was able to hit the ground running quickly and efficiently by signing up as a Platinum Partner under the Advantage Partner Program.
