New Partner Promise Supports $50,000 of Annualised Recurring Revenue
Access4, the leader in SaaS Unified Communication solutions for MSPs, has today announced the launch of a new partner program designed to assist MSPs to build a more strategic, trusted relationship with their clients as well as help partners introduce new services.
Branded as “Advantage”, the new program aims to support and incentivise Access4’s 250 plus partners as well as attract new partners while supporting them with additional resources to build and grow their overall revenue and capability in unified communications applications.
At the same time, the new program has been devised with flexibility to meet the individual requirements of an MSP’s growing businesses. Each partner level is determined by revenue and technical competency, which is formalised by certification requirements. As an MSP invests more in the relationship through training and certification, the greater the rewards and increased commitment from Access4.
Indeed, the new program features a tiered structure designed to incentivise partners who invest the most in Access4. The four tiers include Accredited, Gold, Platinum and Diamond providing entry levels to accommodate and support all partners and reward on achievements.
As part of the new partner program launch, Access4 has also created a Partner Promise to support its MSP community. Those MSPs qualifying for Access4’s Recurring Revenue Assurance Program (RRAP) will be supported to generate $50,000 of annualised recurring revenue or Access4 will credit the difference between this sum and actual revenue realised.
Access4 Managing Director, Tim Jackson, says as companies emerge stronger from the pandemic, Access4 aims to partner with MSPs to help assist and grow their business by offering a unique partnership relationship.
“We know new and existing partners are looking for a more sophisticated offering, one that enables their businesses run more efficiently and improve recurring revenue. Our investment in our platform and product research and development demonstrates our commitment to support our MSPs to remain at the forefront of industry demands,” says Tim Jackson, Managing Director, Access4.

Access4 has continued to grow in A/NZ during 2021 with partners including BayCom and Viatek. They benefit from Access4’s constant focus on improving its product suite and developing programs with a clear understanding of what partners need.
