Rerates and growth incentives are tier-based and paid on incremental monthly recurring revenue or milestone achievements. Full details are provided in your APEX agreement and portal dashboard.

The onboarding process varies by tier, but most partners complete initial setup and training within 2–4 weeks. Access4’s Academe team provides hands-on guidance throughout.  Subject to partner resource allocation*
