Project Meetings

We’ll begin with a kick-off meeting to discuss your customers’ project team, goals, and outline the plan. We’ll also hold regular status meetings to update everyone on progress and keep the project on track.

Cut-Over and Go-Live

Our team will set up the solution remotely, ensuring all internal configurations are in place before the full installation.

Hyper Care Period

At this stage we transition the old system to the new one, ensuring everything works smoothly before going live. We offer prioritised remote support throughout the go-live period to ensure a smooth transition.

Remote Installation and Configuration

We’ll include training, via Teams meetings and guide documents, to ensure your customer is across everything they need to be.

In-Depth Training

For up to three days after go-live, we provide a dedicated support phase. During this time, we provide intensive support to ensure the system is stable and any potential issues are quickly resolved.

Project Closure

Project Closure officially ends the project and puts the account on BUA stage. We ensure all deliverables are handed over and a final sign-off document is completed, confirming stakeholder acceptance and project completion.
