Access4 Stocking Stuffer Program

CX Demo Dollars

Terms and Conditions

CX Dollars opt in

In order to be eligible for the CX Demo Dollar incentive, the Partner principal for the account needs to opt-in to this program.

Name(Required)

Terms and Conditions

These terms govern three incentives offered to partners who register at the CX breakout session at Partner Conference 2026. They sit alongside, and do not replace, the APEX Partner Agreement, the APEX Partner Experience Program Terms and Conditions, the General Trading Terms and the applicable Standard Service Terms. Where there is an inconsistency, the APEX Partner Agreement and the documents referred to in its clause 2.1 prevail.

Part A — General terms (apply to all three campaigns)
A1. Participation and opt-in
  1. The incentives are available only to Access4 partners who attend the CX breakout session at Partner Conference 2026 and register at that session.
  2. Participation requires the Partner Principal (or an authorised signatory of the partner) to opt the partner into the program in writing. Opt-in confirms the partner’s acceptance of these terms.
  3. On opt-in, the Partner Principal must nominate the individual sales representatives to be enrolled. Access4 will assign incentive tracking and issue rewards to those nominated individuals directly. Individuals not nominated at opt-in are not eligible unless subsequently nominated in writing by the Partner Principal.
  4. Partners may not opt in after 30 October 2026.
  5. The partner must, at the time of registration and at the time of reward issuance:

–    hold a current APEX Partner Agreement that is not operating on a month-to-month basis;

–    remain within trading terms, consistent with clause 2.1.2 of the APEX Partner Experience Program Terms and Conditions; and

–    not be in breach of these terms, the APEX Program terms, the General Trading Terms or the Standard Service Terms.

  1. Partners with amounts overdue outside agreed trading terms are not eligible for reward issuance until those amounts are brought back in line.
A2. Eligibility of deals and customers
  1. Unless stated otherwise, incentives apply only to new CX customers.
  2. Transfers or migrations of existing services or customer accounts between partners, or between entities within a customer group, do not qualify as “new customers”.
  3. Opportunities must be registered in SASBOSS and the customer must be created from the registered opportunity for the deal to be tracked against the campaign.
  4. PAYG calls/SMS and DaaS (Device as a Service) are excluded from any deal total.
  5. Internal, test, demonstration, staff and related-party accounts of the partner are excluded.
A3. Relationship to the APEX Program
  1. These incentives are campaign incentives only. They are separate from, and do not form part of, the Growth Incentive, Partner Tier Multipliers, Wholesale Margins or MDF entitlements under the APEX Program.
  2. Participation in these campaigns does not alter a partner’s Partner Tier, Target MRR, Annual Growth Target or re-rating position.
  3. MRR generated from qualifying deals continues to count towards Net New MRR for Growth Incentive purposes, subject to clause 3.3 of the APEX Program terms (exclusion of non-genuine growth).
  4. Where a partner remains on a legacy (non-APEX) agreement, the Demo Dollars and Conference Bonus remain available, but the Case Study Bonus is not, as Access4 Money is an APEX Program benefit. See Part D.
A4. Verification, amendment and conduct
  1. Access4 may verify the eligibility of all registrations, demos, deals and case studies, and may request supporting evidence. Access4’s determination is final.
  2. Access4 may amend, suspend or terminate any campaign at any time with prior written notice to participating partners. Rewards validly earned at the date of notice will be honoured.
  3. Any fraudulent or unethical conduct — including creating fictitious customers or demos, misuse of campaign codes, or applying codes to ineligible customers — will result in disqualification from all three campaigns. Access4 may reclaim rewards already distributed.
  4. Discrepancies in reward calculations must be reported to Access4 within 15 business days of the end of the relevant campaign period. Claims raised after that date will not be considered.
A5. Rewards, privacy and tax
  1. Rewards are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with any other Access4 incentive or promotion unless expressly agreed in writing.
  2. Personal information collected to facilitate these incentives will be handled in accordance with the Access4 privacy policy and used solely for reward distribution and program administration.
  3. Rewards are issued exclusive of any tax liability arising for the recipient or the partner. Partners and recipients are responsible for their own tax position, including any fringe benefits tax, income tax or reporting obligations arising from receipt of a reward. Partners should confirm their internal policy on staff incentives before opting in.
  4. Access4 will provide participating Partner Principals with monthly progress updates by email for the duration of the program window.
  5. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction set out in the General Trading Terms. Full terms are published on INFOBOSS and prevail over any summary, flyer or presentation material.
Part B — Demo Dollars ($50 per qualified CX demo)
B1. Offer
  1. Nominated sales representatives of opted-in partners earn $50 per qualified CX demo delivered within the campaign period.
  2. Rewards are capped at $500 per partner (equivalent to 10 qualified demos) across all nominated representatives combined, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
B2. Timing
  1. Demos must be registered with Access4 by 15 October 2026.
  2. Registered demos must be conducted and completed by 30 November 2026.
  3. Demos conducted but not registered by 15 October 2026 do not qualify. Demos registered but not conducted by 30 November 2026 do not qualify.
B3. Qualifying criteria
  1. A demo qualifies only where it meets the CX qualifying criteria set and assessed by Access4. The criteria are published on INFOBOSS and require, at minimum, that the demo:

–    is delivered to a genuine end customer or prospect with a decision-maker present;

–    is booked and logged against a registered SASBOSS opportunity;

–    covers the agreed CX demonstration scope; and

–    is not a repeat demo to the same customer contact already counted under this campaign.

  1. Access4 will confirm whether each demo qualifies. Access4’s assessment against the qualifying criteria is final.
B4. Partner responsibility
  1. The onus is on the partner to follow up the customer after the demo. Access4 does not take carriage of post-demo follow-up, and the partner remains responsible for progressing the opportunity.
  2. Failure to follow up does not of itself disqualify a demo already assessed as qualifying, but Access4 may take a partner’s follow-up record into account when assessing whether subsequent demos are genuine.
B5. Reward issuance
  1. Rewards will be issued as Prezzee digital gift cards to the individual nominated sales representative who delivered the demo, at the email address provided at opt-in.
  2. Prezzee cards are subject to Prezzee’s own terms and expiry conditions. Access4 is not responsible for cards that expire unredeemed or are sent to an incorrect address supplied by the partner.
  3. Rewards will be calculated and issued within 30 business days of the end of the demo period (30 November 2026).
Part C — Conference Bonus (additional 20% off CX maintenance)
C1. Offer
  1. Partners receive an additional 20% discount on CX maintenance for every qualifying deal signed under this campaign. The discount applies in addition to the partner’s standard contracted CX maintenance pricing.
C2. Timing
  1. The deal must be registered in SASBOSS between 13 September 2026 and 30 October 2026.
  2. The deal must be signed by 30 December 2026.
  3. Deals registered outside the registration window, or signed after 30 December 2026, do not qualify.
C3. Scope and application of the discount
  1. The discount applies to the CX maintenance component only. It does not apply to licences, professional services, PAYG calls/SMS, DaaS, hardware or third-party charges.
  2. The discount applies for the initial contracted term of the qualifying deal and does not carry into renewal, extension or uplift terms unless expressly agreed in writing.
  3. The discount is applied to the partner’s billing on the account created from the registered opportunity. It is not payable as a cash rebate.
  4. The discount is not retrospective and will not be applied to periods billed prior to deal signature.
  5. CX products carry fixed pricing across all Partner Tiers and are excluded from re-rating under clause 4.3.3.3 of the APEX Program terms. This discount is a standalone campaign discount and does not constitute a re-rate, a change in Wholesale Margin, or a variation to the Price Book.
  6. Where a customer terminates, downgrades or fails to activate within 90 days of signature, Access4 may withdraw the discount prospectively.
Part D — Case Study Bonus ($2,000 in Access4 Money)

The marketing material refers to “Access4 Dollars”. The contractual term is Access4 Money, as defined in clause 1.2 of the APEX Partner Experience Program Terms and Conditions. This Part uses the contractual term, and the two should be read as the same thing.

D1. Offer
  1. The first five deals closed and implemented that result in a published case study each earn $2,000 in Access4 Money.
  2. The bonus is limited to five awards in total across all participating partners, and to one award per partner unless Access4 agrees otherwise in writing.
  3. This bonus is available only to partners on the APEX Program. Access4 Money is an APEX Program benefit and cannot be allocated to partners remaining on a legacy agreement. Partners not on APEX may still participate in a case study and will received the bonus if they sign up to the APEX progam.
 Timing and order of award
  1. The deal must be closed and implemented between 13 September 2026 and 30 December 2026.
  2. The case study must be published by Access4 by March 2027.
  3. Order of award is determined by the date the partner confirms in writing that the customer has agreed to participate in a case study, not by deal close date. Access4 will confirm to each partner whether a place remains available before commencing case study work.
D3. Case study requirements
  1. The partner must secure the end customer’s written consent to participate and to publication, including use of the customer’s name and logo.
  2. The customer and partner must make an appropriate representative available for interview and must approve the final draft within the timeframes reasonably requested by Access4.
  3. Access4 controls the format, content, editorial approach and publication channel. A case study is “published” when made publicly available by Access4.
  4. Where the case study is produced as a co-branded or MDF-funded activity, the content and usage rights guidelines in the Program Overview apply, including pre-approval of content before publication and sharing of usage rights with Access4.
  5. If a case study is not published by March 2027 for any reason, including customer withdrawal or delayed approval, no bonus is payable and the place may be reallocated.
D4. Access4 Money — allocation, use and expiry
  1. Access4 Money awarded under this campaign is allocated to the partner entity, not to individual sales representatives, and is credited within 30 business days of publication of the case study.
  2. Access4 Money is a non-transferable program credit. It has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be offset against outstanding invoices or applied as an invoice credit unless Access4 agrees in writing.
  3. Access4 Money must be utilised within 12 months from the date of issue or it is forfeited, consistent with clause 1.2 of the APEX Program terms.
  4. A partner may commit Access4 Money to approved future activities before the 12-month expiry date, provided the commitment is submitted to Access4 at least 3 weeks prior to the expiry date and is confirmed in writing by Access4.
  5. Access4 Money may be applied only to approved purposes and business activities set out in the Program Overview, being pipeline activation, lead generation, thought leadership events, Professional Services and Training. Access4 will work with the partner to ensure the funding is directed at filling the sales funnel.
  6. The MDF exclusions in the Program Overview apply equally to Access4 Money awarded under this campaign. Access4 Money will not be applied to:

–    travel, accommodation or entertainment;

–    general operating expenses (wages, rent and similar);

–    unapproved creative or campaigns;

–    activities without measurable demand outcomes; or

–    retrospective or late claims.

  1. Access4 Money awarded under this campaign is in addition to, and does not form part of, any Access4 Money allocated as a Growth Incentive under clause 3.5 of the APEX Program terms. It does not affect the partner’s Growth Incentive election between Option A and Option B.
  2. Consistent with clauses 10.2 and 10.3 of the APEX Program terms, any Access4 Money that is accrued but unused is immediately forfeited if the underlying APEX Partner Agreement transitions to month-to-month operation, or on termination of the APEX Program or the APEX Partner Agreement.
  3. Access4 Money remains subject to the eligibility requirements in clause 2.1 of the APEX Program terms. Access4 may suspend or withhold allocation where the partner is outside trading terms or in breach.
