‘Serve. Smash. SASBOSS.’ Access4 hosts partners at padel tournament in Manchester.

On Tuesday 29th September, Access4 partners traded the meeting room for the padel court at The Pollen Club in Manchester. ‘Serve. Smash. SASBOSS.’ combined a first look at where SASBOSS is heading, with an afternoon of padel, drinks and time with the people building the channel.

Manchester was the first stop, and we hope to bring more padel events like this one up and down the country in the near future.

A first look at the SASBOSS roadmap

SASBOSS is the partner operations platform behind everything Access4 does. It puts quoting, provisioning and customer management in one place across UC, CX and UX. So, partners can grow a broad portfolio without adding systems or admin.

Partners got a close look at two recent launches. UCEclipse, which delivers UC with ACD groups, omnichannel capability and a strong mobile experience for hybrid SMEs. AIX Voice Assistant, which answers inbound calls, understands what callers need and captures or routes every conversation, so businesses stop losing customers to missed calls. Both are provisioned through SASBOSS, ready to add to a customer’s services in a few clicks.

We touched on the upcoming Access4 roadmap. UCTeams, SMS Gateway, Dubber, YakChat, ROGER365.io and CC4Teams, which are all on their way to SASBOSS. For example, UCTeams brings Microsoft Teams calling, business messaging, call recording and more contact centre choice. And SMS Gateway adds another avenue for revenue growth with end users. For partners, each one is a new conversation to have with existing customers and a new line of recurring revenue.

Seeing what’s next before it lands is part of being an Access4 partner. Roadmap sessions like this one give partners time to plan, price and prepare their go to market while the products are still on the way.

Padel Tournament, Americano style!

Americano tournaments are built for mixing. Players swap partners every round and score points individually, so everyone plays alongside and against someone new each game. With rackets and balls provided and all skill levels welcome, it made for a relaxed, competitive afternoon and plenty of conversation.

Congratulations to the tournament winner, Giles Wake, SVP EMEA at Dubber!

“Our partners are the reason Access4 exists, and the best conversations we have with them rarely happen in a meeting room. This event gave us the chance to show what’s coming on SASBOSS and spend proper time together.”
– Jonathan Walker, CEO UK & Ireland, Access4

More Access4 padel to come

Serve. Smash. SASBOSS. paired a look at the platform with time to connect with the team and the wider partner community, and it’s a format we will be taking up and down the country in the future.
