Meet Liam: Quick-Fire Questions and a bit about him!
We spoke with Liam to learn more about his role as a Partner Success Manager, what he enjoys most about supporting partners throughout their journey, and how he helps them get the most out of Access4 and SASBOSS. Of course, before diving into the business side of things, we also put him through a few quick-fire questions to get to know the person behind the role!

Q. Dream holiday destination?
A. Quite fancy going to Thailand.
Q. Best piece of non-work advice you’ve ever received?
A. Live and let live.
Q. Describe yourself in three words.
A. Sarcastic, Resolute, Easy-going.
Q. Morning person or night owl?
A. Night owl 100%.
Partner Success with Liam:
Q. What does a great partner success relationship look like, in your experience?
A. You know you have a great partner success relationship when a partner chooses you to come to first for any questions. Partners prefer honesty, even if it isn’t the news they want to hear.
Q. What’s the most rewarding part of helping a partner grow with Access4?
A. I think the most rewarding part of helping a parter grow with Access4 is when I can see the moment the penny drops about how they can sell our products and knowing I am there with them throughout the journey.
Q. What does ‘success’ actually look like for a partner, beyond just being set up correctly?
A. Ongoing support & help with advice in areas they may not have realised they needed it.
Q. What do you focus on to keep partners engaged and supported long after they’ve come on board?
A. Partners like to be self-sufficient, and we want our systems to be simple enough to understand that this is possible. Because of this, often it is about understanding how we can get partners to be the closest to that, whilst still being there for the odd occasion that we’re needed.
