Insights into Acquisitions with Paul:
Q. What’s the single biggest advantage an MSP or Reseller gains from partnering with Access4 that they don’t expect going in?
A. The support team from pre-sales, SE and channel – full team to help win business.
Q. How does SASBOSS actually change the day-to-day reality of running a partner’s business, beyond the sales pitch?
A. One portal that allows them to see insights from their end user spend, products in a singular place.
Q. What’s the most compelling case you make to an MSP or Reseller who’s sitting on the fence?
A. The ability to cover every opportunity within our product portfolio. We cover everything and if partners do not have the resource, we assist and can help.
Q. What part of the Access4 partner opportunity do you think is most underrated?
A. I’d say it’s the AI development work happening at Access4 right now and specifically what it means for partner margins. Not just talking about end-user features. Most MSPs and resellers still think of AI in UCaaS as a customer-facing gimmick (call summaries, chatbots), but the real opportunity is in how it can help partners reduce support overhead and increase ARPU without adding headcount. That’s a much bigger lever for a partner’s bottom line than most people are giving it credit for.
Paul’s insights highlight the importance of building strong relationships and creating opportunities that support long-term growth. With years of experience in the telecommunications industry, he brings valuable expertise to the acquisitions team, helping identify the right partnerships and drive success for both Access4 and its partners.
A big thank you to Paul for taking the time to share his experience, career journey and a few fun facts with us!
