Access4 UK Appoints Jack Brook as Regional Partner Director

Access4 has appointed Jack Brook as Regional Partner Director, strengthening its UK channel team at a moment when more partners are looking to move beyond standalone voice. The hire comes as resellers and MSPs across the UK weigh up how to build recurring, higher margin revenue in a market where traditional voice margins keep eroding.

Brook joins Access4 with over a decade of UK channel experience. He was most recently Channel Director at Smarsh, where he led strategic channel partnerships across UC, CX and mobile ecosystems and drove partner acquisition and enablement with service providers, platform vendors and value added resellers. Before that, he spent almost four years in a similar role at CallCabinet, an AI powered compliant call recording provider acquired by Smarsh in February 2025, where he helped build the company’s European channel ecosystem from the ground up. Earlier in his career, he held channel and account management roles at Inclarity Communications, a UK hosted VoIP provider, and at Online Support Computing, a Microsoft Gold Partner and MSP.

That breadth matters. Brook has built partner ecosystems across compliance, UC and mobile, giving him a view of channel growth that goes well beyond a single product category. It is a perspective Access4 believes is increasingly valuable as partners are asked to deliver more than voice alone.

The timing lines up with wider shifts in the market. According to Cavell’s 2026 UK research, buyers are now choosing providers primarily on price, expertise and integration capability, with growth in the sector increasingly coming from customer experience and integrated solutions rather than standalone voice. Brook’s appointment reflects Access4’s continued investment in helping UK partners capture that shift, whether they are established voice providers expanding into UC and CX, or new entrants building a cloud voice proposition from scratch.

In his new role, Brook will work directly with partners across every stage of Access4’s growth journey. That spans onboarding and getting first customers live, through building recurring revenue and improving commercial position, to expanding CX and integration capability as partners scale. SASBOSS, Access4’s vendor-agnostic platform, sits behind each of those stages, giving partners one place to quote, provision, bill and grow without stitching together disconnected systems themselves.

For MSPs and resellers who have not yet made the move into UCaaS and CX, or who are already selling voice but want a faster route to recurring revenue, Brook’s appointment means a dedicated point of contact who has spent his career helping partners navigate exactly that transition.
